Two Months ago I realized that I had been putting on a lot of weight before my wedding in August. I had not been paying much attention to my weight until I couldn’t fit into any of my favorite clothes. At that same time, my fiance suggests I change my diet and to work out on the treadmill. It wasn’t easy for me to change my diet and start exercising regularly it took a lot of support and determination. My mother and fiance were a big help to me during this time they watched what I was eating and made sure I worked out. And even though I had cravings I was able to control my cravings.

How I Lost 20 Pounds In 2 Months
I Changed My Eating Habits For Breakfast
For breakfast, I started eating oatmeal according to my mom’s advice and smoothies sometimes. Also, for breakfast, I started drinking diet milkshakes and eating diet cereals once in a while closer to the time of my wedding. And also I would eat fat-free fruit yogurt sometimes for breakfast. When I didn’t feel like eating I would only drink a glass of skim milk for breakfast.
I Started Eating A Healthier Lunch
For lunch, I gave up fatty foods like burgers, french fries, and pizza which wasn’t easy for me and I started eating just vegetables and a little bit of meat during those two months for lunch. I gave up eating all foods that were made with starch. Sometimes for lunch, I would eat a salad. Also, I stopped eating red meats for lunch like pork and beef. Mainly stuck to eating chicken only.
In between Lunch And Dinner When I Get Hungry I Would Eat A Snack
In the middle of lunch and dinner when I would get hungry I would eat some fruits like oranges, apples, a banana, and grapes. At other times for a snack, I would eat cut up vegetables like cucumbers, green, red, orange and yellow peppers. And also I would eat a fat-free yogurt as a snack sometimes too. If I didn’t feel like eating a snack I would just drink a bottle of water to get rid of my hunger.
I Would Eat A Lighter Dinner Or Just Drink Juice For Dinner Or My Diet Milkshake
For dinner, after my workout, I would only drink pure juice if I didn’t feel like eating anything after working out. If I was really hungry before working out I would eat just a little bit of fruit or healthy crackers. Mostly I would drink healthy juice for dinner with berries, pineapple, mango, apple, orange juice, lemon juice and lots of water in it. Sometimes for dinner, I would drink my diet milkshake.

I Stopped Eating All Sweets During My Two Months Of Dieting
During the two months I was dieting I stopped eating all kinds of sweets from chocolates, candy, ice cream, sweet cookies, sweet syrups and all other kinds of sweets on the market. But it wasn’t easy to give up eating sweets but I did it with a lot of determination.
My Working Out Schedule And Routine Over 2 Months
My working out the schedule and routine I always worked out daily on the treadmill after 9:00 in the night time for anywhere between 20 to 51 minutes. Which helped me a lot to lose weight with the support of my fiance. He encouraged me to workout on the treadmill and working out on the treadmill helped me a lot to lose the 20 pounds I gained in 2 months. Some days I was too lazy to workout even on those days my fiance and mother supported and encouraged me to workout which really helped me not only to lose weight but also helped me build up my energy.
